CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Construction for the Brownsville Downtown Enhancement Project Phase 2 and 3 (TDOT PIN NO. 116773.01) is estimated to start February 6, 2017 and be complete November 3, 2017. The Project will consist of Downtown Enhancements – Phases 2 and 3: Construction of streetscape improvements along both sides of East Main Street from East Jackson Avenue to North Park Avenue and along Bradford Avenue. Project also includes sidewalks, utility relocation, landscaping, ADA upgrades, crosswalks and pedestrian lighting.
