The Hatchie Fall Fest committee is pleased to announce that Roy Hawkins Jr. is the winner of its t-shirt competition. Hawkins is a Brownsville native, artist and art instructor at Haywood Elementary School, as well as a noted model and actor. T-shirts featuring his design will be available for purchase during this year’s Hatchie Fall Fest October 17, on the historic Brownsville Court Square.
