Haywood Health Survey
UT’s Masters of Public Policy & Administration (MPPA) program is seeking public input on issues related to health access in Haywood County. This survey will begin the discussion of perceived needs, opportunities and resources to maintain and improve the health of Haywood County’s residents, increase overall health literacy and empower individuals and communities to lead healthier lives while ensuring access to health services.
The survey takes about 10-15 minutes. Please complete this survey to help create a vision for a healthier community!
