BROWNSVILLE, TN (November 2, 2019): Thursday evening has been added to this weekend’s 12th annual Holiday in Haywood event at the West Tennessee Delta Heritage Center in Brownsville. There is no admission charge for the shopping event taking place November 7-9. Attendees can browse and buy at booths filled with unique, functional and fun gift items. Santa makes his first Brownsville appearance Saturday from 2-4 p.m.

The holiday shopping event features local and regional specialty merchants. This year includes trendy women’s clothing and accessories, quilted, sewn and crochet items, wall hangings and wreaths, handwoven baskets, jewelry, children’s books, candles, jams, jellies, ciders, sausages, cheeses and more.

The shopping will begin Thursday evening from 4 – 7 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., giving shoppers plenty of time to make their choices. Santa will make his first Brownsville appearance Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m. Parents are invited to bring their own cameras to capture the special moment with your child.
