Separate sealed bids for FY 2022 CDBG-CV – Johnna’s Ark Childcare Center will be received by its Mayor, The Honorable William Rawls at the office of City of Brownsville, TN, 15 E. Main Street, Brownsville, TN 38012 until 10:00 AM local time on March 28, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Johnna’s Ark Childcare Center, 111 South Wilson Avenue, Brownsville, TN 38012 at 10:00 AM local time on March 14, 2024.
Adjustments to Project Duration will be made for bona fide Supply Chain delays.

An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be
opened.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.

Chapter F: Plans and Specifications
All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor’s Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon.
Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract,
Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
