Lenia Rowe joined the City of Brownsville in November 2023 as our Community and Economic Development Specialist. Originally from Northeast Arkansas, Mrs. Rowe relocated to West Tennessee in 2018 with her family. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Faulkner University. She is also a graduate of Arkansas State University – Economic Development Center Regional Leadership, R.M. “Bob” Woods Sales Leadership Center at the Neil Griffin College of Business and Leadership Paragould. Lenia specializes in business development and is responsible for promoting Brownsville in retail, housing and overall community development. Her professional experience includes working five years in higher education and twelve years in the banking industry. In her free time, Lenia enjoys cooking and spending time with family.
