Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Brownsville Municipal Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday, May 13, 2024 @ 4:00 p.m. at Brownsville City Hall Community Room located at 15 E. Main Street. The hearing will be held in order to review the following:
A front yard setback variance request made by Wade Owens on behalf of Greenheck Group concerning property located at 200 Morgan Street
All interested persons are encouraged to attend.
