Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 13-7-203, notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the
Board of Mayor and Alderman of Brownsville, Tennessee on the 8th day of November 2022 at 5:30 PM at Brownsville
City Hall. The hearing will be held in order to receive public input on the following proposed amendment to the City of
Brownsville’s Municipal Zoning Ordinance:

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 1, GENERAL PROVISIONS, SECTION 1.02, CONSTRUCTION OF LANGUAGE AND
DEFINITIONS, LETTER B, DEFINTIONS, BE AMENDED TO INCLUDE THE STATE OF TENNESSEE DEFINITION OF
RECREATIONAL VEHICLE; AND TO AMEND CHAPTER 3, PROVISIONS GOVERNING RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, OF THE CITY
OF BROWNSVILLE MUNICIPAL ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AS USES PERMITTED IN
MOBILE HOME (MH) ZONING DISTRICTS
