Sealed bids will be received by the CITY OF BROWNSVILLE at 111 NORTH WASHINGTON AVE, BROWNSVILLE, TN 38012, until 10:00 AM, May 23, 2022 and opened publicly at 111 NORTH WASHINGTON AVE, BROWNSVILLE, TN 38012 at that hour. The reading of the bids will begin at 10:00AM.

THIS PROJECT INVOLVES ROOFING, EXTERIOR PAINTING AND GYPSUM PLASTER REPAIR. THIS PROJECT IS LOCATED AT 121 WEST MAIN STREET, BROWNSVILLE, TN 38012. BECAUSE THIS BUILDING IS ON THE NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES, THE WORK MUST BE DONE ACCORDING TO SECRETARY OF INTERIOR STANDARDS. PROPOSAL CONTRACTS WILL BE RECEIVED UNTIL THE TIME SET FOR OPENING BIDS.
