The Industrial Development Board of The City of Brownsville and Haywood County, Tennessee

To all interested persons: Notice is given that The Industrial Development Board of The City of Brownsville and Haywood County, Tennessee, (the “Board”) will hold a special called meeting on May 5th, 2020 at 8:30A.M. to consider such as matters as my come before the Board, including, but not limited to the request for the approval of the documents for the implementation of a payment in lieu of tax economic development incentive for the construction of a retail facility to be leased by the Board to STNL Brownsville, LLC, and subleased to Tractor Supply Company for the operation of a Tractor Supply retail store, and the approval of any documents in connection with the contemplated transactions as may be necessary or appropriate to evidence and secure such transactions.

In light of Governor Bill Lee’s Executive Orders No. 16 and No. 23 pertaining to the COVID-19 outbreak, the IDB shall meet electronically in order to protect the health, safety, and welfare of all citizens.
