To all interested persons: Notice is given that The Industrial Development Board of The City of Brownsville and Haywood County, Tennessee, (the “Board”) will hold a special called meeting on October 20th, 2020 at 8 A.M. to consider such as matters as may come before the Board, including, but not limited to the request for the approval of the documents for the implementation of a payment in lieu of tax economic development incentive for the operation of a hospital and healthcare facility to be leased by Braden Health, and the approval of any documents in connection with the contemplated transactions as may be necessary or appropriate to evidence and secure such transactions.

In light of Governor Bill Lee’s Executive Orders pertaining to the COVID-19 outbreak, the IDB shall meet electronically in order to protect the health, safety, and welfare of all citizens.
