Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 13-7-203 and 13-7-303 notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of Brownsville, Tennessee on the 14th day of May 2019 at 5:30 PM at Brownsville City Hall. The hearing is to receive public input on the following proposed amendment to the City of Brownsville’s Municipal Zoning Ordinance:

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY OF BROWNSVILLE MUNICIPAL ZONING ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 5, PROVISIONS FOR INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS, SECTION 5.03 GI-GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, LETTER (B) USES AND STRUCTURES, NUMBER (1) PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES AND STRUCTURES
