Due to the extreme flooding conditions in West Tennessee, the Young Sportsman’s Deer Hunt, which is scheduled for January 9-10, 2016, will be cancelled on the Chickasaw and Lower Hatchie National Wildlife Refuges. We are taking this action in the interest of public safety as well as to protect the deer adversely impacted by the flood waters of the Hatchie and Mississippi Rivers.
